A NEW aid has been produced to help sufferers cope with depression and anxiety problems.

The DVD aims to help people recognise signs of depression, and offers tips to help them live with the illness or possibly even overcome it.

Produced jointly by NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde's mental health team, and the drama department at Glasgow College of Nautical Studies, the DVD will be available in all Glasgow libraries.
