Address Healthy Working Lives in the workplace

This criterion marks the beginning of the journey towards acheiving a Healthy Working Lives Award. There are three elements that combine to establish a foundation within your workplace for taking Healthy Working Lives forward. Central to this is identifying a group responsible for implementing all aspects of the Award Programme. The organisation must also ensure that staff with specific duties in relation to Healthy Working Lives are supported in their roles. Finally, all staff should receive training in occupational health and safety to ensure they can carry out their jobs.
