HWL Bronze Award Training

The Healthy Working Lives Bronze Award training aims to provide an introduction to the award process and requirements which will assist workplaces to achieve their healthy working lives award.

Outcomes....

• Be able to identify appropriate personnel for taking forward and implementing all aspects of the HWL Bronze Award Programme
• Be confident in supporting members in their roles 
• Be able to identify appropriate training in occupational health & safety the organisation needs to undertake
• Understand the purpose of a health needs assessment
• Be confident in developing an action plan from the health needs assessment and implement in their workplace
• Be confident in developing a smoking policy in line with Healthy Working Lives recommendations.
