Training for Managers
Managers and supervisors have a crucial role in supporting the health and wellbeing of employees. This training is designed to give information and guidance to employers to help deal with workplace issues on both alcohol and drugs. Delivered as blended learning the course consists of an elearning component followed by 3 hours face to face training. It provides managers and supervisors with the information, knowledge and skills required to deal effectively with alcohol and drugs at work.
The elearning component is referred to throughout the session and completion is required prior to attending.
